Southern Oregon Hybrid & Electric Vehicle Association (SOHEVA) promotes the use of electric cars, trucks, buses, motorcycles and bicycles from Roseburg south to Shasta in northern California.
Local SOHEVA members offer guidance on buying, leasing, sustainably fueling, operating and maintaining all forms of electric transit. They participated in the Community Earth Day Celebration on April 24, 2022 as part of the nationwide Drive Electric Earth Day event.

Under the leadership of president Pete Jorgensen, SOHEVA is starting lobbying initiatives to address EV charger maintenance, accuracy of status indication on phone apps, universal payment access and need for pull-through stations to accommodate towing.
